concerning fireworks in the state of Nebraska
are to only be used and discharged from June 25 to July 4 and from December 28
to December 30 between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 11:00 p.m.Â However, for New Years, fireworks can be used
from 8:00 a.m. on December 31 through 1:00 a.m. on January 1.
people that are age 16 years or older may possess, use, and/or discharge
consumer fireworks.Â A person between the
ages of 12 and 16 may possess, use, and/or discharge consumer fireworks only
when under direct supervision of an adult that is 19 years old or older.Â
